As a certified neuroscience coach with over a decade of experience as a professional ballerina, I’ve designed a coaching program that blends the science of the brain with my personal approach, developed through my own healing journey. My deep love for the brain is at the heart of this program. I believe that true self-love starts with understanding how your mind works—and I want you to fall in love with your brain, too.  This program is for those navigating challenging times or striving to achieve goals. Whether you’re working through difficult emotions, shifting limiting beliefs, or building new habits, I’m here to offer consistent support—a space where you can share your authentic thoughts without judgment. Growth can feel lonely, but you don’t have to do it alone. This is a journey of gradual, sustainable change—where you’ll not only gain the capacity to hold all emotions but also the ability to lead your mind and fall in love with the unique way it works for you. Over time, you become better at holding space for conflicting emotions, making you more adaptable and balanced. It’s not about eliminating difficult emotions but developing the capacity to experience and respond to them without being overwhelmed. You will also learn to recognize and understand your emotions without judgment.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is often misunderstood, but it’s actually a gentle and safe process where you stay fully aware and in control the whole time. In fact, the deeper you go into hypnosis, the more focused and present you become. It’s a powerful tool that allows us to dig deeper and get to the root of the problem more quickly.

During our sessions, we’ll focus on one challenge at a time. We’ll work together to uncover the subconscious beliefs that are shaping your thoughts and actions. Whether it’s procrastination, fear of public speaking, imposter syndrome, or breaking habits like smoking, hypnotherapy helps us get to the heart of the issue fast.

Most challenges can be explored and worked through in just 1-3 sessions. My role is to guide you through the process, helping you better understand your mind and reprogram the beliefs that no longer serve you. I use the RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) approach developed by Marisa Peers, which is a very deep and effective process using a variety of powerful tools to get results.
